1- Set up an email account.
- Turn the iPhone/iPad ON and tap Settings on the iPhone home screen.
- Tap "Passwords & Accounts"
- Tap "Add Account".
- Tap Other.
- Tap Add Mail Account.
2- Add your email account.
Enter your IMap email account settings.
Enter your IMap email account settings.
- Enter your First and Last name.
- Enter your full email address.
- Enter your full email email password.
- You can enter your nick name in description.
- Click Next to continue.
3- Configure the incoming and outgoing server settings.
- Tap IMAP and enter the following Mail Server Settings.
- Incoming Mail Server
- Host Name: mail.micro-life.com with change micro-life.com to your domain
- User Name: Enter your full email address
- Password: Enter your email password.
- Outgoing Mail Server
- Host Name: mail.micro-life.com with change micro-life.com to your domain
- User Name: Enter your full email address
- Password: Enter your email password.
- Click Next to continue.
4- Verify server settings.
iPhone will attempt to verify server settings. If verification fails, it will ask Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL? Choose No then Next at the top right corner, complete this account setup by choosing save at the bottom of the screen and save again at the top right corner of the screen and exit out to the mail home screen.
After successfully (or unsuccessfully) adding an email account to the device’s list of accounts, follow this path to edit the account’s incoming/outgoing server ports:

5- Edit email settings.
- From the IOS Device’s home screen, Tap Settings.
- Tap "Passwords & Accounts"
- Tap the Email Account you just added or wish to edit the server ports on.
- From strong>Outgoing Mail Server select tab SMTP to edit SMTP settings or tab Advanced to edit the Incoming Mail Server
6- SMTP settings.
- Activate Use SSL option.
- Change server port to 465 or deactivate Use SSL and change the server port to 587
- From top navigation click Done.
7- Incoming mail server settings.
- Activate Use SSL option.
- Change server port to 993 or deactivate Use SSL and change the server port to 143
- From top navigation click Account.
